For Spring Break of 1979 I flew to Denver for the week. American had recently started service between SFO and LAX and were offering rediculously low fares so I took advantage of it. I got to fly one way for $7.30 because the flight departed at 7:30am. I didn't get a photo of the plane that day but I did get the tail number: N1980.
