Note: Personally, I think I was fortunate to find Joe Orman's list when I did. While my timing was such that I missed the partial lunar eclipse on 26 June 2010, there are many sights to behold during the summer months. I've managed to complete a good portion of the list in the first month and a half that I've been observing for this list. I look forward to the coming months (and years of course) to observe many more of these events and phenomena. Additionally, I've expanded upon my love of photography by trying to photograph as many of these earthly and celestial events as possible. A great benefit is getting to share much of this with my Daughter, and through email and phone conversations, with my Dad.
